The owners of this 1930's Hillsborough residence wanted to change the "back room" kitchen area into a contemporary machine for living.

Walls were removed to open the kitchen to the breakfast room. Formica, stainless steel and frosted glass composed the basic materials palette while maple countertop and floors add a warming element.
