Colleen is an interdisciplinary artist/designer/builder who has worked on several award winning residential projects. She honed her skills working at established San Francisco Bay-area architecture and design firms and is a returnee to Richardson Architects. Drawing on her fine arts background, she marries practical application with artistry and has a keen eye for detail. An enthusiastic innovator and creator, Colleen is an active participant in the Maker movement and has been participating in the Maker Faire since 2011. In 2013 and 2014, she was a resident innovator at the Children’s Creativity Museum, San Francisco where she taught hands-on, multimedia arts – electronics programs. Additionally, she has been participating in art and design exhibits since 2001.
Colleen is a forward-looking designer, constantly exploring new forms and new technologies. She enjoys working with clients and coming up with creative solutions to design problems and is never shy to work with her hands (or on a computer).
